Starting a marine aquarium – The very first considerations

Seeing the photos of a healthy marine fish only or reef aquarium in books or on Internet, or better yet, in fact, in a public aquarium will cause most people to appreciate the beauty and general fascination of them. Cycling tank of fish with the block of ammonia?

Hello, I have a 55 gallon tank that is currently cycling. I have a wet dry sump (trickling filter) with bioballs currently in the tank. The filter has a sponge for mechanical filtration, bio bioballs for, and carbon and ammonia block the chemical industry. I bought my LFS, that is carbon mixed with ammonia blocks that say keep ammonia levels down. My question is: Can my tank cycle block with ammonia? Do I have everything you need to cycle the tank?
